About the role
This position involves providing personalized, skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, including medication administration, treatments, and patient education.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct care to pediatric, adult, or geriatric patients
- Manage medications, perform treatments, and handle specialized interventions such as trach/vent and G-tube care
- Monitor patient status and coordinate with care teams
- Educate patients and families for long-term health success
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania LPN license
- CPR certification
- 6 months to 1 year of nursing experience (preferred)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Reliable transportation for home visits

Pay
Compensation ranges from $30–$35/hour with weekly pay, overtime, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
