Responsibilities
- Contributes to the assessment/reassessment of patients
- Participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
- Monitors for signs and symptoms related to abnormal lab values, and deviations from baseline assessments
- Reports changes in patient status to the physician and initiates any new orders from the physician as directed
- Promotes patient satisfaction and ensures patient confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
- LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS: RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state OR LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
