Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care.
• Conduct comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations.
• Monitor the client’s condition and promote health and prevention.
• Coordinate services to ensure the community follows all federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to resident services and care.

Requirements

• Two years of LPN experience.
• Two years of experience in assisted living or a nursing home.
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments.
• Dedication to seniors and their well-being.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
