About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in a long-term care facility under the supervision of nursing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Delivering direct patient care to residents/patients
• Assisting with clinical assessments and treatments
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality care
• Maintaining accurate documentation and patient records

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse certification from an accredited program
• Valid NYS LPN license
• Strong clinical patient care skills
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
