Responsibilities

• Evaluates care plans and administers prescribed medications.
• Provides patient and group education to reinforce health information.
• Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery and ongoing educational activities.
• Completes assigned goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience and education required, with preferred qualifications specified.
• Basic computer literacy is required; advanced skills are preferred.
• Licensure includes BLS certification within 14 days of hire and LPN licensure.
