LPN (Daytime 7am-7pm)

Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing medical detoxification.

Monitor and document vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, and clinical status with accuracy and consistency.

Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.

Communicate effectively with the RN regarding patient progress and clinical concerns.

Contribute to a calm, safe, and therapeutic milieu.

Maintain thorough, compliant documentation in alignment with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Respond to clinical changes with sound judgment and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of Georgia
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Prior experience in detoxification, behavioral health, or acute care strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries, discretion, and confidentiality
• Strong clinical awareness and attention to detail
• Composed and confident in high-acuity or sensitive situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, stigma-free care
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
