Responsibilities
- Affords assistance in data collection for patient assessments.
- Delivers personalized nursing care in coordination with the Registered Nurse to address the unique needs of patients holistically.
- Administers appropriate nursing interventions aligned with the Plan of Care and professional standards, integrating the Physician’s medical plans.
- Conducts Hourly Rounds using Service Excellence Standards.
- Fosters a caring, compassionate, and respectful environment for all patients, families, and visitors.
- Utilizes appropriate health and safety equipment to safeguard both patients and staff.
- Applies standard work procedures in caring for central lines, Foley catheters, pressure ulcers, restraints, and patients at risk for falls.
- Participates in proactive problem-solving initiatives.
- Must hold a valid South Carolina LPN license.
- BLS certification required upon hire.
- Full-time position, 72 hours bi-weekly (DAYS; 7a-7p).
- Required to work every other weekend.
