LPN - Day Shift - Weekends (Saturday, Sunday or Both)

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract position in New Rochelle, NY. This role involves providing nursing care during the day shift on weekends, specifically Saturday, Sunday, or both.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications
• Monitor resident responses
• Maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Current NYS license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Minimum of one year nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics and Assisted Living
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor
• Ability to work effectively with elderly residents
• Satisfactory references

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or senior living settings
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to supervise and lead nursing staff effectively

Pay

$35.00–$40.00 per hour
