LPN - Day Shift - No Weekends

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in a patient's home, working with a pediatric patient.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer prescribed treatments
• Monitor signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes
• Collect and analyze patient data
• Document diagnoses
• Deliver personalized care in accordance with medical orders

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray
• BLS card
• Prior professional nursing experience is preferred
