LPN - Clinical Care Coordinator II - FPG Cardio & Thoracic Surgery, Sarasota

About the role

The Clinical Care Coordinator II provides patient care according to the age-specific population needs and assists in the management of patient care in the physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care according to age-specific population needs
• Aid in the management of patient care
• Work in the physician office setting
• Supervised by a provider

Requirements

• Basic Life Support/CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of hire/transfer date
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program
• One (1) year of clinical experience in outpatient physician office practice preferred
• Experience with an electronic practice management and electronic health record preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of electronic practice management and electronic health records software along with skill in all Microsoft office software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point) preferred

Qualifications

• FL LPN license
• Monday - Friday schedule, no weekends or holidays
• Location: FPG Cardio & Thoracic Surgery, SMH Heart Pavilion, 1540 S. Tamiami Trail, Suite 202, Sarasota, FL 34239 (on Sarasota Memorial hospital campus)
