Responsibilities

• Direct clinical and support staff, including team leaders.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of LPN experience.
• Preferred supervisory or pediatric background.
• Graduate-level nursing training.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
