Role Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or RN guidance, ensuring professional accountability and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience
• Current LPN licensure
• BLS certification
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or unit-specific ones may be required

Skills & Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds
• Perform patient care duties that involve reaching, kneeling, and twisting
• Prolonged standing and walking are necessary
