About the role

As an LPN on our team, you'll be a crucial member of our healthcare community, ensuring the well-being of our students around the clock. Your expertise will contribute to the delivery of exceptional care and support to those in need.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to assess and plan resident care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences.
• Provide guidance and support to direct care staff working alongside LPN.

Requirements

• Current and valid LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Proven experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license.
