LPN Charge Nurse - FT Night Shift

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
- Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
- Prior long‑term care experience preferred, but not required

Pay
Full‑time starting pay: $28.35 to $31.50 per hour. Shift differentials apply for evenings, nights, and weekends. Management add‑on pay available. Weekly pay schedule.
