LPN Charge Nurse - FT Day & Night Shifts

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Pay

• Starting pay: $28.35 to $31.50 per hour
• Management add‑on pay
• Weekly pay

Schedule

• Full‑time position
• Shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends
