Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of South Carolina
• At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Experience in charge nurse or supervisory roles preferred
