About the role
The Clinic Nurse provides primary clinical support to healthcare providers, patients, and families to assist in diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. Responsibilities include obtaining patient history, vital signs, assisting with procedures, collecting laboratory specimens, administering medications and vaccines, and maintaining a clean and prepared environment. The nurse documents patient information, communicates with providers, and ensures accurate record-keeping for quality care.
Responsibilities
- Support provider-led examinations and procedures
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
- Administer medications and vaccines as directed
- Document patient history, vital signs, and clinical data accurately
- Maintain sterile environments and prepare examination rooms
- Facilitate effective patient-provider communication
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate-level nursing training
- At least 2 years of LPN experience
- Strong clinical skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
