About the role
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Graduate Nurse Resident to provide patient care under supervision, utilizing the nursing process in a cardiac progressive care unit.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
- Ensure quality care aligned with organizational standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current licensure in the state
- Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- LPN-IV certification (completed or within 3 months of hire)
- Other unit-specific certifications as required
