We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate nursing care in a behavioral health setting within a 120-bed inpatient hospital.
About the role
- Monitor patient health and administer basic care
- Implement individualized care plans to promote wellness
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Communicate effectively with patients and visitors
- Ensure safe medication delivery following policies and physician orders
- Maintain professional standards, accurate documentation, and patient safety
Requirements
- Current LPN/LVN license
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- CPR certification
- De-escalation certification
- Preferred experience in clinical settings
Schedule
Day shift, working 3×12-hour shifts with every other weekend off.
