Responsibilities

• Providing direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care, and long-term care nursing center
• Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests

Requirements

• Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program (LPN/LVN) required
• Clear and active LPN licensure in the state of practice required
