Duties/Responsibilities

• Examine residents and their records to determine appropriate care.
• Perform administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting.
• Make written and oral reports/recommendations to the attending physician, Medical Director or the administrator.
• Participate in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies.
• Participate in regularly scheduled reviews of the Discharge Plans.
• Be familiar with, and use as appropriate all items of personal protective equipment offered by the facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in Delaware.
• Background check and drug screening completed prior to hire.
