Responsibilities
- One to One patient care in home/school environment
- Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
- Patient assessments; coordination of care
- Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Pay
Rate: $28-$32 per hour
Schedule
Shift: Weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules available. Immediate Need Bloomsburg, PA: Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:00pm. Available Nursing Shifts: Morning, evening or overnight 8‑hour, 10‑hour, or 12‑hour shifts (full shift work). PRN, Part‑Time, or Full‑Time options. No weekend or minimum requirements. Flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends, per diem).
