We’re seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care to pediatric and adult patients in the comfort and safety of their own homes or school environments. Enjoy meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to make a real difference.
Schedule
- Saturday & Sunday: 7am–11pm (shifts can be split)
- Monday, Thursday, & Friday: 6pm–6am
- School hours: 7am–4pm & 9pm–7am (LPN or HHA)
Pay
$28–$32 per hour
Responsibilities
- One-to-one patient care in home or school environments
- Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Perform patient assessments and coordinate care
- Report any changes in client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
