About the role

We’re hiring a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Charge Nurse. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee care delivery, supervise staff, and ensure residents receive top-quality care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on nursing care and medication administration
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and manage shift assignments
• Communicate with families and healthcare providers
• Ensure documentation and compliance with Missouri state regulations

Requirements

• Active LPN license (Missouri)
• CPR/BLS certification
• 1–2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
• Team player with strong communication and clinical skills
