Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Provide licensed practical nursing care to patients in a facility.

- Participate in performance-driven initiatives and track personal metrics against targets.
- Maintain clean and organized work environment; comply with infection control standards.
- Assist with scheduling and prioritization to maximize efficiency and target attainment.
- Support on-site training and mentorship for peers to foster growth.
Requirements
- Practical nursing license (LPN) active and in good standing.
- Experience administering medications and documenting administration accurately.
- Vital signs monitoring and prompt reporting of deviations.
- Strong patient assessment and care planning under supervision.
- Excellent clinical documentation and privacy/compliance with health records.
