Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our pediatric team. This role involves working closely with our pediatricians, staff, and families to provide exceptional clinical support and ensure a welcoming experience for our patients. Both full-time and part-time applicants are welcome to apply. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, vaccinations, specimen collection, and administering medicationsAssist with patient intake and documentation in the EHREducate parents and caregivers on child health, wellness, and treatment plansSupport physicians during examinations and minor proceduresMonitor patients for adverse reactions and report concernsMaintain clean and organized clinical areas in compliance with infection control protocolsParticipate in care coordination and follow-up with familiesTelephone triage as needed Qualifications: Active LPN license in ConnecticutCurrent BLS certificationPrevious experience in pediatrics strongly preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, family-focused environment Work Schedule: Flexible scheduling availableFull-time (Monday–Friday) or Part-time (negotiable days/hours)No evening or weekend shifts requiredSupportive and team-oriented work environment
