About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides comprehensive nursing care to patients, families, and caregivers within medical practice settings. They collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Gather patient data and measurements
• Assist with examinations and treatments
• Support self-care and management plans
• Maintain equipment and a safe environment
• Follow standards outlined by state laws and licensing boards
• Participate in quality improvement and continuing education
• Communicate effectively within the care team
• Respond to patient needs

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Current New York State licensure as an LPN
• Current BLS certification (to be obtained within 6 weeks of hire)

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing

Pay

Hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $32.00.
