About the role

River Falls Post Acute, located in Marietta, South Carolina, offers a low-key, fun workplace with a supportive team and outstanding benefits. The position is full-time and provides competitive pay ranging from $27–$31 per hour, along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and gas stipend.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
• Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina
• CPR certification
• Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
• Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Must be available to work 12-hour shifts
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
