Duties
- Monitor resident needs, condition, and care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Order and receive medications from the pharmacy.
- Admit and discharge residents.
- Oversee TMA/NAR/RCA staff.
- Ensure narcotic policy and procedures are followed.
- Report changes of condition to RN/Supervisor and physician as delegated.
- Monitor for side effects of medication and report prn.
- Ensure resident care plans are being followed.
- Follow and uphold Resident Bill of Rights and facility policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to all residents/families/visitors/MD's/coworkers, etc.
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure with the MN Board of Nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations.
- Desire to work with the elderly.
- Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.

Pay
The rehabilitation nursing position earns a competitive salary of up to $33.47 per hour (based on years of experience).
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time healthcare positions work 8-hour shifts: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, or 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
- We are actively looking to hire for Day shifts, and those do require working every other weekend.
