About the role

Lorien Encore is actively hiring compassionate, dedicated LPNs to support our residents and collaborate with a skilled interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ conditions and responses to care
• Collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and quality standards

Requirements

• Valid Maryland LPN license, in good standing
• BLS certification required

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $27 - $35/hour (based on experience)
• Same Day Pay for all Employees!
• Full Time, Part-Time and PRN Hours: 700 AM- 330 PM, 300 PM - 1130 PM, and 1100 PM - 730 AM
• Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Skills

• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation
