As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at South Hills, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Manage IVs and monitor fluid and food intake and output
• Ensure patients and their families understand release instructions
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Move patients safely and efficiently to ensure their comfort and well-being

Requirements

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
