- Assisting the LPN with assessments and supervisory visits
- Training caregivers
- Performing administrative duties
Qualifications
- Valid Registered nurse license (LPN)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in providing direct patient care and performing medical assessments
- Knowledge of medication administration and medical treatment procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing patient needs
- Experience with home health care
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
