About the Role

Provide high‑quality nursing care in a senior living environment, supervise Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants, and support a warm, hospitality‑driven, resident‑centered community.

Key Responsibilities

• Resident ADL Support – Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence.
• Care Plan Management – Identify changes, update plans, and reassess residents.
• Clinical Reporting – Provide daily updates to the Director of Health Services.
• Nursing Care Delivery – Administer care per physician orders.
• Interdisciplinary Coordination – Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services.

Requirements

• Must hold a current Michigan LPN license.
• If not licensed, consider applying for the Resident Care Associate position.
• Attach a resume or provide previous employment, certifications, skills, or experience relevant to the role.

Pay

Hourly rate: $24.50–$29.00 (dependent upon experience & shift). Sign‑on bonus: $4,500 for part‑time hires, $12,500 for full‑time hires. Retention bonus: $2,500–$5,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full‑time & Part‑time positions available.
• 1st Shift: 6 am – 2 pm
• 2nd Shift: 2 pm – 10 pm
