Full-Time, 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Director, Health and Wellness on resident needs as required to ensure consistent quality services.
• Provide hands-on care and specific nursing tasks in support of the resident’s care plan.
• Offer clinical support and training to care staff to meet continuing education requirements.
• Assist in transcription and review of physicians’ orders.
• Maintain certifications required by local and state licensing agencies, including ongoing in-service trainings, accreditations, coursework, and certifications.
• Foster teamwork, demonstrate initiative in overcoming obstacles, and take actions that assist others beyond job responsibilities.
• Seek out and perform other duties as assigned or needed.
