LPN

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Experience or strong interest in working in substance abuse treatment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Empathetic and non-judgmental approach towards patients

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols in a substance abuse treatment setting
• Monitor patients' progress, vital signs, and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with facility policies
• Educate patients on substance abuse disorders, treatment options, and wellness strategies
