About the role

Maintain ongoing tracking and documentation on referrals, ensuring they are well-organized and detailed.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients
• Expedite patient referrals to specialty offices
• Answer patient and specialty office calls
• Complete referral requests
• Remind patients of their appointments

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse Degree: Certificate of Completion
• Must be IV certified
• General Computer Skills Required - Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Completed License Needed
• Education: Licensed Practical Nurse (Required), LVN (Preferred), LPN (Preferred)
• Experience: 1 year in healthcare (Preferred), 1 year in nursing (Preferred)
