About the role

As an LPN, you are in high demand and we want YOU to join our team. Benedictine is seeking dynamic and compassionate LPNs who will provide quality patient-centered, evidenced-based care to our greatest assets—our Residents.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• Perform initial data collection on all residents.
• Participate in implementing person-driven care plans as developed by the RN.

Requirements

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Schedule

• Full-Time position.
• Shift: Evenings, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM.
• Scheduled days of the week vary.
• Weekend work required every other weekend.

Pay

• Salary range: $30.08 – $36.66 per hour.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus.
