About the role
Brushy Creek Post Acute is a 144-bed skilled nursing facility in Greer, South Carolina, offering 12 cottage-style units with kitchens, gardens, and patios. The facility provides on-site leadership available 24/7 and supports a team-focused, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team
- Support and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Compassion for an underserved population
- Able to be active and mobile throughout the shift (walking between cottages required)
Qualifications
