Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and physical condition
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Reporting any changes in resident condition to the nurse manager or physician
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
