Responsibilities

• Completes medical forms, QA reports, evaluations, charting, 24‑hour reports for the DON, admission/transfer/discharge forms, and accident/incident reports for the Caregiver Manager as needed.
• Documents pertinent information in resident care notes/log and/or communicates to caregiver staff.
• Reviews monthly kardexes for completeness, accuracy of physician order transcription, and adherence to stop‑order policies.
• Reviews caregiver interdisciplinary progress notes regularly to ensure they are informative, descriptive of care provided, reflective of resident response, aligned with resident wishes, and meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric nursing experience.
• Current Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
