Job Summary
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health. Your duties will include taking vital signs, performing assessments, administering medications, caring for wounds, and overseeing patient treatment plans. Your main objective will be to assure the safety and physical comfort of our residents and patients, as well as their emotional needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families
- Take vital signs and perform assessments
- Administer medications and care for wounds
- Oversee patient treatment plans and assist with implementing care plans
- Ensure the safety and physical comfort of residents and patients, as well as their emotional needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
- A current unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Florida is required
- Valid CPR certification
- 0 years of experience in the healthcare industry (LPNs of all experience levels welcome to apply)
Schedule
- Monday thru Friday: 3:30pm to 7:30pm
- Weekend split shift: 7am to 11:30am and 3:30pm to 7:30pm
