Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately.
- Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate updates promptly.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse leaders, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants to ensure excellent resident care.
- Respond confidently to changes in resident conditions and medical emergencies.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate communication.
- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Current Ohio RN or LPN License in good standing.
- Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
- A compassionate, resident-first attitude.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
