About the role

Beachwood Family Health and Surgery Center is part of Cleveland Clinic, a renowned healthcare organization. As an LPN in the Cosmetic Services department at Landerbrook Endoscopy Center, you will work with a compassionate team to provide exceptional care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Assist fellow caregivers in providing top-quality care to patients.
• Collect and document patient data and observations.
• Implement and report on the nursing care plan.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions to treatments.
• Perform routine laboratory tests.
• Provide patient education.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio license as a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).

Preferred qualifications

• One year of patient care experience.

Physical Requirements

• Full body motion to move and lift patients.
• Manual finger dexterity with good hand-eye coordination.
• Extensive standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
• Corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
• Working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours.
• Exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids.
• Medium Work – Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly.

Pay Range

• Minimum hourly: $23.25
• Maximum hourly: $33.50

Schedule

Work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm, with hours based on facility needs.
