Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, supporting patient safety, comfort, and recovery.
• Assist with medication administration, monitoring, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and infection control protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Carry out all job responsibilities in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
• Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an acute care or clinical setting.
• IV therapy certification.
