Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Role And Responsibilities Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments.Collect, document, and monitor patient information and condition changes.Perform wound care, patient education, and assist with activities of daily living.Coordinate care with healthcare professionals such as nurses and physicians.Perform additional duties as required by the facility. Qualifications And Skills Active LPN license with minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.Current BLS/CPR certification.Recent PPD within the last year.Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodations.
