LPN - 36 Hours Weekly - Night Shift

About the role

This RN or LPN works 12-hour shifts, 6 pm to 6 am, an average of 30 hours per week. Every third weekend and a holiday rotation are required. Generous night shift differential - $5.50/hr Sign-on bonuses are available: $7,500 for ASN, $10,000 for BSN (with 2-year commitment).

Responsibilities

• Organizes and provides care to residents through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
• Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

• Education as required for licensure.
