Responsibilities
- Give prescribed medications, injections, and manage IV therapy.
- Provide wound care, perform therapeutic treatments (range-of-motion), and operate medical equipment.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans with doctors and staff.
- Care for residents’ needs, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team (physicians, therapists).
- Maintain accurate, thorough patient charts and medical records.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate, appropriate care.
- Record detailed medical histories, symptoms, and observations.
- Check vitals, observe changes in condition, and conduct regular health assessments.
Qualifications
- Valid CO Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- Able to effectively communicate with IDT members, residents, and family members.
- Prior work in long-term care facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living communities is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of infection control practices and sterile processing procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Schedule

Pay
