LPN - 1:1 School Nurse

About the role

BAYADA Pediatric Offices are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 care with children in home and school settings. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to clients in their homes or schools
• Follow up with and execute doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Report any changes in the client's condition to the Clinical Manager and physician
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Qualifications

• Passionate about pediatric care
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families
