Responsibilities
- Provide direct care in the home
- Monitor patient condition
- Administer medications

Requirements
- Active LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- 1+ year experience preferred

Schedule
Full-time, day position: Monday through Friday
Additional roles available: part-time and PRN
Shifts: day, evening, and overnight depending on assignment
Patient opportunities: adult and pediatric
