Responsibilities

• Provide direct care in the home
• Monitor patient condition

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year experience preferred

Schedule

Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available; day, evening, and overnight shifts depending on assignment; adult and pediatric patient opportunities.
